Our project included a covered deck and outdoor kitchen, as well as landscaping and the installation of pavers. They created the prefect entertaining space. They not only did fantastic work, but they were respectful and obviously very hard working. They were extremely communicative, going above and beyond to make sure we were happy. They even came back and fixed a backyard issue that wasn’t even their responsibility! If we have another construction project, Jake and his team will be our first call!

Upper Dauphin Services blew us away with not only the quality, but also the attention to detail and care they showed for the project and our property. They were extremely professional and even provided some additional design ideas to make our patio and roof structure look amazing. They were on time every day and were very proactive to ask questions, confirm they were meeting our needs, and keeping us informed on project status. I would give them 6 stars if that was a thing. I would add I have experienced the initial friendly and helpful sales person that works on the contract. Then the crew comes out and they keep to themselves and just do what is black and white in the requirements. And they make no attempt to interact with the home owner. Everyone on this project was friendly, knowledgeable, confident, and a strong subject matter expert in every aspect of the construction. And, I said earlier, even discussed design ideas so they could make the finished product the best that it could be.

For my backyard, they put in a walkway, patio, flowerbed, and skirting under my porch and it all looks amazing. Jake came out promptly for an estimate and gave suggestions based on his experience to ensure I was satisfied with the outcome. His pricing was fair and he didn’t overcharge like other companies. His crew was professional, nice, came promptly every day and worked diligently. Ultimately, I had an idea of what I wanted, but Jake and his team made my vision more than what I imagined and I love it!

Jake and his team excavated an existing brick patio, poured a beautiful new colored patio, and installed a roof with a beautiful gable design over the new patio. Jake matched the color of the new patio that complimented the house’s existing color palette and provided great design advice to make my vision come to life. They also set cut stones and river rocks in a beautiful design to protect the edges of the patio - something I requested and Jake executed the day before the construction was complete! Clif Mays2022-11-20UDS transformed our property into a paradise! They built us an awesome retaining wall on our hill, giving us the flat yard we thought we’d never have with an amazing deck with a flight of stairs down to our woods. But that’s just beginning, they designed an awesome 12x20 covered deck off the second story of our home with bar along wedge to sit at and look out over the yard, and a side wall with shelves which is awesome for storage or decorating. At the bottom of the stairs, they created a beautiful hardscaped patio around our old concrete, complete with a 4x4 square Breeo fire pit. They did such an amazing job that we had them build us a two-sided retaining wall on the side of our house to park our trailer; allowing us to store it at home. Jake was timely, accurate, and very patient as we added and tweaked things along the way. Elmer and Sammy were incredible to say the least; working through rain, mud, snow, frigid cold temps; delivering quality work that is second to none. It started with a crack in our concrete porch and ended up getting a beautiful 18’ round patio for our fire pit, another 6’ x 14’ patio extension, a 19’ x 36’ deck, railings installed and a bed for our shed! Jake and crew are friendly and on time! They are extremely reliable and their work is outstanding! We totally enjoyed the experience and highly recommend them!
