How Did Jake Esh Start UDA Services?
Jake Esh started UDA Services in November 2018, after four years of construction experience. He has been building since 2014, and the company was first named Upper Dauphin Services. He gives his reason in his own words: "I started UDA Services because I have a strong passion for designing and building great things that will enrich lives and outlast me. I also love working with people, and boy do I work with a lot of people now: homeowners, architects, designers, townships, HOAs, and my favorite people, the in-house install teams."
What Does Jake Esh Do on a Project?
Jake Esh stays connected to each UDA Services project from the first plan to the finished build. He makes sure the crews have clear direction and what they need, and the team does the hands-on work. He is not on site every day. He comes out to most site visits himself, though not always.
